General Guidelines:

At Jhelum Sozni, we ensure fast delivery and perfect condition by working with top international couriers.

• Shipping Costs: International orders have weight-based shipping costs. These costs vary depending on the order and location.
• Shipping Days: We ship on working days only, not including public holidays.
• Order Confirmation: You will get an email once we dispatch your order.
• Address Details: Make sure your shipping and billing address includes a pin or zip code and a working phone number.
• Shipping Location: We ship orders directly from Kashmir.

Craft Orders:

• Delivery Times: Check the product details for delivery and making times before you order. Each item is carefully made by artisans, so times may vary.
• Returns: Customized products and sale items cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: If you return an undamaged craft product in perfect condition, a restocking fee will apply:
  • Orders over ₹3,000.00 INR: ₹400.00 INR
  • Orders under ₹3,000.00 INR: ₹200.00 INR

Craft Return Policy:

At anmolsozni.in, we want you to enjoy our Kashmiri handmade products.

• Return Notification: Let us know within 7 days of delivery if you want to return an item. Email us at jhelumhpcl@gmail.com.
• Damaged Products: If your product is damaged or has quality issues, contact us to arrange a pickup if possible.
• Return Conditions: Return the product in its original, undamaged condition and well-packaged. For international orders, you must arrange and pay for the return shipping.

Returns Are Not Accepted For:

• Products that are damaged, used, washed, or altered. Refunds are not available if the design, color, or pattern does not meet your expectations. For questions before buying, contact care@jhelumhpcl@gmail.com.
• Products that are of standard quality but do not match your personal taste or color preference.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation Eligibility: You can only cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, you cannot cancel and must handle the return.
• Customized Orders: ‘Made to Order’ and customized orders cannot be canceled.
